Nirvana processes your order as soon as your payment is received. How long that takes depends on which payment method you have selected.

Our orders get shipped stealth. On average an order takes up to 4 weeks to arrive and could be sent in multiple packages based on the size of the order. Please note that growth solutions are always shipped separately.

Have you been waiting for more than 4 weeks after the shipping confirmation has been received, please contact support about your order.

You will receive an email from us confirming the placement of your order. If not, please check your spam folder.

When an order has been placed successfully, it will show up in your order history. The order status will be updated accordingly.

However, there is no confirmation when using the ‘Anonymous Checkout’ - as it is anonymous.

To view the current status of your order log in with the emailaddress you’ve placed the order with. View the actual order status in on your Nirvana account page.

As soon as you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address contain the order number. The order number can also be found in your account’s order history.

Please note: this does not apply to the “Anonymous Checkout”, as it is anonymous.

Paper Money (Cash) can take up to 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. The safest way to send cash is by registered mail or by courier. Add your order number and a return address, in case it gets returned to you for some reason.

Bank transfers can take up to 5 working days to arrive. Be sure to include your order number in the transfer details so that we can match your payment to your order.

Bitcoin payments can take between half an hour and 5 working days to process. This greatly depends on the choice of wallet, where the Bitcoins have been purchased and the transaction fee.

Credit card payments are by far the quickest. You can expect your order to be packaged the next working day.

Don’t worry, the rest of your order should be on it’s way and arrive soon! We ship large orders and growth solutions in multiple, separate packages.

If you have waited more than 4 weeks and not received your order yet, please contact support regarding your order.

After you have added your credit card information in our bank's payment window you receive the message EXPIRED. This is a problem that we hear of regularly. The reason is as follows:

Our bank uses the Verified ByVisa and Verified By Mastercard technique during the credit/debit card transaction. It adds an extra layer of security also refered to as 3D-secure. What it means is that after you have added your card details the bank asks Visa/Mastercard to do that 3D-secure check. The credit card company then sends a text message to the mobile phone of the owner of the card with a code that needs to be added to a presented window. Only after that code is successfully entered will our bank send the final payment request to your bank.

When no mobile phone number is linked to your credit card, that message cannot be send and the payment is immediately declined with the message EXPIRED. If the phone number that is linked is not yours anymore but still being in use by someone else then the message is send but you cannot receive it. After about 5 minutes the payment is declined with the EXPIRED message.

The only way that you can solve this is go to your bank and ask them to link your mobile phone number to the credit card. If that is done then you can try your payment again.

Orders that have not shipped or paid can be cancelled from your order history. Find your order and click on the order number. This will show your order in full detail, alongside with the order cancel button at the bottom.

If you wish to cancel an order that has been paid, please contact our support!

If you submit a support request, you will receive an immediate confirmation of receipt. If you have not received anything, it could be for a number of reasons:
  • The message ended up in the spam box
  • Your provider blocks certain emails (*)
  • You may have made a typo when entering your email address
